All parts purchased from trademoon.com are covered by
a 30-Day product warranty. Warranty period begins on the
invoice date. Our warranty applies to all (new and
used) parts purchased.

Return
Policy and Procedures
Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable. All exchanges and/or returns are subject
for company’s approval and require a
Return Merchandise
Authorization number.
All items should be returned in the original packaging
and should include all accessories (user's manuals etc.)
In order to set up a
Return Merchandise
Authorization number, please contact your
sales representative for that order or use our online
RMA form. www.trademoon.com representative will provide an
RMA number.
All returns and parts for exchange
should be received by www.trademoon.com within ten (10) days
from the date of the RMA number being issued.
Parts must be returned with the RMA# clearly
printed on the package and the shipping documentation.

All
returned products are tested before a credit is issued
to the customer's charge card or the customer's account.
Products that are returned and found to be non-defective
will result in a restocking fee off 10%. The same policy
applies to good, not needed returned parts. Refunds will
be issued after verification of defect of returned
part(s) less any applicable fees.

Options
Payment may be
made through VISA, MasterCard, or American Express by
providing card number, card holder’s name, and
expiration date. Wire transfers may be used by both
domestic and international customers.
Wire
Transfers are possible by transferring funds to our
account. To request our bank details please contact your
sales representative or our accounting department

will be shipped within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt
of funds.

Shipping
Carriers Policy Trademoon.com
reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers. We do
not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping rates are within
continental USA only! Displayed shipping rates may vary
according to weight and dimensions of the ordered part.
Some of the international shipments may be subject to
additional billing charges and applicable customs,
duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the
customer.
Please
note: Alaska, Hawaii, APO-FPO address and international
orders will be contacted with shipping rates.
